Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort Property Owners Maintenance Fees

Property Owners Association dues are $1,340.20 per quarter in Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort. Dues are collected quarterly, in advance. Maintenance fees cover on-site management, gated security, sewer, trash pick-up, common liability insurance, site landscaping, automatic irrigation, clubhouse and amenity upkeep, lakes & fountains, and Wifi. Property owners are responsible for site electric, property taxes, and water. Optional items available on the sites not included are cable TV & telephone. A resale capital assessment of $5,000 is due to Pelican Lake Property Owners Association at the time of purchase and is paid by the buyer.

Motorcoach Site Rental Program by Motorcoach Resort Realty, Inc.

Motorcoach Resort Realty, Inc. manages a full service rental program for Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort owners. This full service rental management is available to any & all owners wishing to rent their property in Pelican Lake. Revenues are split 80% to the property owner and 20% to Motorcoach Resort Realty(rental management company).
